Bishen Pertab

Bishen Pertab has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bishen began their career as a Record Retention Specialist at USAlliance Federal Credit Union, where they imaged and saved incoming paperwork and processed non-ACATS transfers. Bishen then moved on to USAlliance Federal Credit Union/Affina Brokerage Services, LLC, where they held the roles of Brokerage Specialist/Sr. Customer Service Representative and Branch Manager. In these positions, they processed customer trade authorizations, reconciled trade executions, and managed the firm's retail and back office operations.

Pertab later joined Legg Mason & Co., LLC as a Sr. Associate, Business Development. Here, they prepared and issued selling agreements to institutional clients and collaborated with various departments such as sales, marketing, operations, compliance, legal, and the client.

Bishen also worked at RIA IN A Box as a Compliance Officer and at Gronich Wealth Management, LLC as a Compliance Associate. At Gronich Wealth Management, they were responsible for preparing and processing updates to regulatory forms and responding to deficiency letters.

Most recently, Pertab has been the President, CEO, and Chief Compliance Officer at ICICI Securities Inc. Bishen has demonstrated leadership skills and has overseen the compliance operations of the company.

Bishen Pertab holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Iona College, completed in 2003. In 2004, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance at the University of Connecticut School of Business, completing it in 2006.
