Dinesh Malekar

Dinesh Malekar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dinesh started their career at Greytrix India Pvt Ltd as a Quality Control Executive from May 2003 to May 2007. Dinesh then moved on to Aon Hewitt as a Sr. Test Engineer from May 2003 to October 2009. Following that, they joined J.P. Morgan as an Associate QA Analyst from October 2009 to November 2017. Dinesh then worked at Intellect Design Arena Ltd as a Project Manager from November 2017 to August 2018. After that, they joined QualityKiosk Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager from October 2018 to November 2019. Dinesh then worked at Angel Broking as an AVP | Digital Initiatives - Senior Lead from January 2021 to March 2022. Dinesh then joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as an AVP - Product Management from March 2022 to November 2022. Currently, they are employed at ICICIdirect as VP & Product Head - Business Partners, a role they started in December 2022. In this role, they lead a team of Product Managers, Campaign Managers, and Compliance & Regulatory advisors in the B2B vertical, focusing on managing product teams and mobile/web app development for partners and internal ICICI operation end users.

Dinesh Malekar completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Banking, Investment and Insurance from Welingkar Institute of Management between 2014 and 2016. Dinesh is currently pursuing a degree in Product Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, which started in 2022 and will end in 2023. Dinesh also holds certifications in Microsoft Project, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
