Emil Stefanacci, PE, PMP, CSM, SPC has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Emil has extensive experience in Agile coaching and program management. At iCIMS, they led the Agile Engineering CoE in training and coaching agile teams across multiple locations. Emil also led the effort of scaling the agile practice and implementing the SAFe Framework for release planning. Emil Stefanacci, PE, PMP, CSM, SPC, obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in the years 1981 to 1985. Emil further pursued their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree between 1985 and 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Emil Stefanacci has also obtained several certifications. Emil became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in November 2007.
