Jennifer Rose

Jennifer Rose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer'smost recent position is as a Renewal Manager at iCIMS, where they negotiate renewal contracts with SMB customers and maintains accurate data records within Salesforce. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Verizon, starting as a Solutions Specialist and eventually becoming a Solutions Manager (Assistant Manager). In their role, they coached a team of representatives, improving overall store rating and customer satisfaction. Jennifer also participated in the Women of the World leadership program and presented innovative ideas to area executives. Before Verizon, they worked at The Wilds as a Hellbender Conservation Center Apprentice, responsible for the care and research of hellbenders. Additionally, Jennifer had a role as a Seasonal Interpreter at Akron Zoo, providing educational encounters to zoo guests and handling various animal species.

Jennifer Rose completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Professional Retail and Sales Management from Bellevue University in 2019. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from Kent State University in 2013. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in August 2021, Foundations of Project Management from Coursera in August 2021, Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in January 2021, and Instructional Design: Adult Learners from LinkedIn in May 2020.
