Mason Hartnett has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they worked as an Associate Technical Support Engineer at iCIMS. Prior to that, in 2022, they were an Intern at NJCCIC, where they developed a script to analyze breached passwords and wrote informative pieces on ransomware tactics and SIM swapping. In the same year, they also interned as a Technical Support Engineer at iCIMS, where they handled user tickets and collaborated with a team to improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, Mason served as a Research Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics in 2022, where they contributed to a research project monitoring the US response to the COVID-19 pandemic and compiled information into dashboards for Midwest states.

Mason Hartnett pursued their education at Rutgers University from 2019 to 2023, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and Informatics with a focus on Cybersecurity and Information Assurance Path.
