Peter Smith has extensive work experience spanning over several years. Peter'smost recent position is as a Senior Manager of Customer Training at iCIMS, where they oversee a team of instructional designers and training program administrators. In this role, they have worked with senior leadership to realign the vision of customer training and improve internal processes. Peter Smith pursued their education at the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. Peter then attended SUNY Brockport from 1998 to 2000, where they completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism.
