Rudra Santosh

Rudra Santosh is a seasoned finance professional with over 17 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager Accounting Shared Service at iCIMS since May 2024, Rudra oversees a team of 19 full-time employees, focusing on end-to-end Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Reconciliation processes. Prior to this role, Rudra was the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager at Efficiently from June 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities included process improvements and team management. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Finance Team Lead at Accenture Services from October 2010 to June 2020, and as Account Assistance at a CA Firm from February 2006 to November 2007. Rudra holds a PGDM in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Sinhgad Business School and Sinhgad Institute Of Management, respectively.
