Terence O'Brien started their work experience in 2011 as an Account Development Manager at CheckPoint HR, where they were responsible for business development, relationship building, and educating potential clients. Terence then became an Account Relationship Manager, managing a portfolio of accounts and acting as a liaison between clients and CheckPoint HR. In 2015, Terence joined iCIMS as an Account Manager, focusing on customer retention and contract renewal.
