Stephanie Collard is a Senior Insight and Customer Experience Executive at ICIS since April 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held positions at Whitbread from September 2014 to September 2020 as a Customer Experience Insight Analyst and Product & Pricing Analyst through a secondment. Stephanie also worked as an Operations Manager as part of the Graduate Operations Programme in 2014. Before their time at Whitbread, Stephanie had a research internship at KPMG in September 2013. Stephanie holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Brighton and has a background in various educational institutions such as Kingston College and Kingston Grammar School.
