Kathleen Lee

Kathleen Lee currently serves as the North America R&D Manager at ICL Specialty Fertilizers since January 2018, following a tenure beginning in January 2012 as the Manager of Supply Chain, overseeing $21 million in purchased goods and supplier relations. Previously, Kathleen was with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company from 1989 to 2011, holding various leadership roles including Director of Sourcing Operations, Director of Regulatory Affairs, and Director of Product Portfolio Management, with responsibilities ranging from procurement to product registration and portfolio management. Early career experience includes environmental engineering at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, where Kathleen managed compliance for air programs. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Executive Management from Ashland University.
