Bárbara Flauzino Gaspar Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Bárbara Flauzino is currently working at iClinic as a Senior Product Manager since October 2021. During their time at FAPESP, they were responsible for three sectors: Automotive, Chemical, and Petrochemical.

Bárbara Flauzino Gaspar Gomes has a diverse education history. From 2012 to 2016, they attended UFSCar - Alumni, where they pursued a degree in Engenharia de Produção (Production Engineering). Following this, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they completed a program in Predictive Analytics em BI (Predictive Analytics in BI) in 2018. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Fundação Vanzolini. Bárbara also received a Green Belt certification in Six Sigma from R&L Associados.
