Felipe Falcao

Felipe Falcao has a diverse work experience in the field of cloud engineering and infrastructure management. Felipe started their career at the Exército Brasileiro as an Analyst of IT Infrastructure, where they were responsible for administering the IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, data circuits, and AccessPoint Cisco networks. Felipe also provided technical support to the team and users, performed installations and configurations of assets, and analyzed asset availability.

After working for the Exército Brasileiro for nearly a decade, Felipe joined Connectcom as part of their Service Desk Casa da Moeda team. Here, they handled SLA demands, participated in environment rollouts, and implemented infrastructure monitoring and business indicators.
