Leiliane Fontenele has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 with UNUM Tecnologia e Consultoria em Informática LTDA, where they worked as an Inteligência Comercial. Leiliane then moved on to Unimed Fortaleza, where they worked in administrative roles from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Leiliane became a Consultora Comercial at Network Secure - Segurança da Informação, where they were responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a focus on government clients.

Aside from their professional experience, Leiliane also volunteered as a Voluntária de serviços comunitários at Igreja Presbiteriana Independente do Brasil from 1999 to 2019, where they taught, engaged in social work in various regions of Brazil, held leadership positions, and coordinated prayer ministry.

Leiliane Fontenele's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Metropolitan Faculty of Grande Fortaleza, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. In 2022, they completed a certification in "Integridade corporativa: tomada de decisões éticas em ambientes empresariais" from Alura. In 2023, they pursued an MBA in Liderança, Inovação e Gestão 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
