Leiliane Fontenele has a diverse work experience starting in 2012 with UNUM Tecnologia e Consultoria em Informática LTDA, where they worked as an Inteligência Comercial. Leiliane then moved on to Unimed Fortaleza, where they worked in administrative roles from 2015 to 2018.

In 2018, Leiliane became a Consultora Comercial at Network Secure - Segurança da Informação, where they were responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, with a focus on government clients.

Leiliane then joined Hostweb Data Center in 2019 as a Sales Development Representative - SDR. Later in the same year, they transitioned to Boavista Tecnologia, initially as a Team Lead of Customer Success and later as a Manager of Customer Success. At Boavista Tecnologia, they facilitated customer onboarding and engagement processes.

In 2022, Leiliane worked as a Manager of Customer Success at Aegro | A gestão feita para o agro!, where they managed a portfolio of approximately 250 clients and was responsible for usage monitoring, upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction.

Currently, Leiliane is a Manager of Customer Success at iClinic, where they manage a MID portfolio with 470 clients, focuses on expansion opportunities, churn reversal, and has implemented projects such as Jornadas and Playbooks.

Aside from their professional experience, Leiliane also volunteered as a Voluntária de serviços comunitários at Igreja Presbiteriana Independente do Brasil from 1999 to 2019, where they taught, engaged in social work in various regions of Brazil, held leadership positions, and coordinated prayer ministry.

Leiliane Fontenele's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the Metropolitan Faculty of Grande Fortaleza, which they obtained between 2008 and 2014. In 2022, they completed a certification in "Integridade corporativa: tomada de decisões éticas em ambientes empresariais" from Alura. In 2023, they pursued an MBA in Liderança, Inovação e Gestão 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, they obtained multiple certifications and attended various workshops specializing in topics such as branding and customer experience, project initiation and planning, product management, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, positive psychology, OKR introduction, leadership with emotional intelligence, Agile Scrum, customer success, and Power BI.
