Danni Angel is an experienced professional in customer success management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success, International at Zappi since January 2023. Previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager across various companies including Papaya Global, HERO®, and Mixpanel, where Danni successfully managed strategic client relationships, led training initiatives, and implemented processes to enhance customer engagement. Danni's expertise is supported by a strong educational background with a BA (Hons) 1st Class in Media and Performing Arts from The University of Salford.
