Vanessa R. Silva

Vanessa R. Silva has a diverse work experience in sales roles. Vanessa is currently working at iClinic as an SDR Especialista Inbound Sales since July 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at iClinic as an SDR Sênior Inbound Sales from June 2022 to July 2023, SDR Junior Inbound Sales from December 2021 to May 2022, Hunter Outbound Sales from August 2021 to November 2021, and Inside Sales Outbound from June 2021 to July 2021.

Before joining iClinic, Vanessa worked at Doctoralia Brasil. Their roles there included SDR ll from March 2021 to April 2021, Inside Sales Pleno I Outbound from January 2021 to February 2021, and Consultora de Vendas Pleno/Sales Closer from September 2020 to December 2020. In their role as Consultora de Vendas Pleno/Sales Closer, Vanessa was responsible for prospecting, scheduling, and sales, as well as maintaining contact and providing updates on the platform.

Prior to their time at Doctoralia Brasil, Vanessa worked as a Consultora Externa Vivo Telefônica at Telefônica Brasil from April 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they provided customer service to class A and B condominiums, negotiating directly with property managers or administrators to conduct sales events for internet plans, cable TV, mobile plans, and additional services.

Before Telefônica Brasil, Vanessa served as a Consultora Externa at GVT from September 2014 to April 2016, and at Oi S.A from July 2013 to July 2014. In these roles, they focused on selling internet and cable TV services, as well as adding mobile plans for existing customers through telephone contact.

Vanessa R. Silva completed their higher education at FAESP Faculdade Anchieta from 2018 to 2020. Vanessa obtained a degree in processos gerenciais. In addition to their educational background, they obtained a certification in sales training from the institution Just Sale in February 2022.
