Alex Heddell

Alex Heddell is a seasoned ERP consultant with extensive experience in Epicor and BisTrack systems across various roles. Currently serving as a Sr Principal Epicor and CPQ Consultant at ICM America LLC since April 2022, Alex provides comprehensive consulting services, including implementation, client management, and training. Previous roles include Freelance ERP Consultant at White Horse Project Management LLC, BisTrack Consultant at US LBM, and Senior IT Director - Business Systems at Kodiak Building Partners. Alex has also contributed to the implementation and optimization of ERP systems at Advanced Oncotherapy plc, Paystar Logistics, and Fisher Outdoor Leisure Limited, among others. Alex holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Management Science and Computing from the University of Kent.
