Edward Spaay has a comprehensive work experience in the field of information security and engineering. Edward most recently worked as a Senior Engineer at MissionSquare Retirement since July 2015. In this role, they were responsible for hardening operating systems, guiding admins in the process of POA&M, Risk Matrix, and exception form usage, and applying GOPs.

Edward Spaay attended Western High School from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a diploma in Computer Science. Edward then enrolled in Broward College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued Computer Science but did not obtain a degree.
