Carol A. Williams

Carol A. Williams has extensive experience in education, leadership, and consulting, currently serving as a Coach and Consultant for the International City/County Management Association since January 2017. Additionally, Carol A. Williams has been an Adjunct Professor at Chaffey College since January 2002, specializing in the School of Business and Applied Technology. Leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Directors at Ontario Public Employees Federal Credit Union since May 2014 and Certified Speaker, Coach, and Trainer with the John C. Maxwell Team since 2014. Prior public service includes a tenure at the City of Ontario from May 1995 to September 2020. Educational accomplishments include a recent postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from California State University-San Bernardino, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne.
