Global Nursing Leadership Institute (gnli) 2023 Programme at ICN-International Council of Nurses

Ginyu Innocentia Kwalar is the Founder and CEO of Klarah, a company that provides quality home healthcare services across Cameroon, particularly aiding Cameroonians in the diaspora to care for their loved ones back home. Ginyu is also involved with the Global Nursing Leadership Institute (GNLI) 2023 Programme at the ICN-International Council of Nurses, focusing on strategic policy leadership in nursing and sustainable development. As a part-time Assistant Lecturer at the University of Buea since 2011, Ginyu has contributed to the education of future nursing professionals. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Nurse at Buea Regional Hospital from 2013 to 2021, overseeing the emergency and outpatient unit, and working as a Registered Nurse at District Hospital, Nkambe from 2003 to 2010, where responsibilities included consultation and supervision. Ginyu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Public Health from the University of Buea and holds both a Master of Science (MSc) in Internal Medicine and a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.S) in Nursing.
