Emma Keenan

Emma Keenan currently serves as the President & CEO of ICOM Network, a position held since June 2024, following eight years as Executive Director of ICOM - Independent Communications Agencies Network. Emma has extensive experience in managing international communication teams across various markets and sectors, including roles as Vice President at Open2Europe and its subsidiary, Open2China, where responsibilities included strategic planning and client management. Additional experience includes media training, communications consulting, and freelance journalism. Emma holds a BA in English Literature from Teesside University.
