Stuart Donovan-Holmes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the defence sector. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development - Defence at iCOMAT since September 2025, Stuart leads strategies aimed at establishing the company as a key partner in advanced composite manufacturing. Prior to this role, Stuart was the Head of Defence & Space at NCC, where successful growth efforts resulted in a significant increase in the Defence portfolio and pipeline. Earlier experience includes leading torpedo support operations for the Royal Navy at Defence Equipment & Support, managing an extensive portfolio at Airbus, and beginning a career in engineering at GEW. Stuart holds an MEng(Hons) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol and a BSc in Open Science from The Open University.
