Ahmad N.

Ahmad N. has a strong background in the technology industry, with a focus on customer engagement and communication platforms. Ahmad is currently the Founder and CTO of OMNINGAGE, a leading customer engagement platform for Amazon Connect. In this role, Ahmad oversees the development of a cloud-native and serverless platform that offers various features such as data-powered web applications, omnichannel support, speech analytics, and CRM integration.

Prior to OMNINGAGE, Ahmad founded and served as the Managing Director of ICOMMUNIX, a technology company. Ahmad also worked as a Solutions Architect at ZOOM International, specializing in the EMEA region. Before that, Ahmad was a Principal Consultant and Technology Design Architect at KCOM Group PLC, where they provided consulting services and contributed to the company as a Senior Consultant.

Ahmad's career began at Capita (Service Birmingham) as a Cisco Contact Center and Unified Communications Consultant. Ahmad later joined Cisco Systems as a Systems Engineer focusing on Unified Communications and Contact Centres.

Ahmad N. obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Management and Technology - UMT, completing their studies from 2002 to 2005. Ahmad also holds various certifications, including an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) obtained in May 2022. Additionally, they have certifications in networking and design, such as CCNP (Voice), CCNA Routing and Switching, and CCDA from Cisco, obtained in 2009. Ahmad N. has also completed several online courses and obtained certifications in business, sales, customer service, and design thinking through LinkedIn.
