Touqeer Nasir

Touqeer Nasir has a diverse work experience. Touqeer is currently working at Omningage as a Pre-Sales Solutions Director, where they are responsible for providing innovative solutions and support to Systems Integrators in their Amazon Connect journey. Previously, they worked as a Technical Business Consultant at Omningage, helping to build user-centric contact center solutions. Before that, Touqeer was the Head of Products Development & Integrations at Omningage.

Prior to their time at Omningage, Touqeer served as the Chief Technology Officer at ICOMMUNIX, starting in December 2019.

Touqeer'searlier experience includes working at Expertflow as a Senior Integration Engineer UCCE, UCCX. In this role, their responsibilities included requirements gathering, development, deployment, and support of IVR and integration solutions with Cisco and third-party systems. Touqeer also worked on-site with ECO Bank Africa for the deployment of UCCE 11.6 solution, as well as participated in the deployment of inbound and outbound call centers for PTCL in Pakistan.

Touqeer Nasir has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur from 2011 to 2013. In 2010 to 2012, Touqeer obtained a Civil Draftsman certification in Architecture from the Punjab Board of Technical Education, Lahore. Touqeer also holds a certification in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from Coursera Course Certificates, obtained in 2017.
