Charlene M. Cuenca

Charlene M. Cuenca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and Agile methodologies. Currently a Principal Enterprise Transformation Consultant and SAFe Fellow at Icon Agility Services since February 2015, Charlene has contributed to the Scaled Agile Framework through various guidance articles and presentations at significant industry events. In addition to leading enterprise transformation initiatives at Government Consulting Company and owning Agility Evolution, LLC, Charlene has a background as an Agile Coach and Consultant at Barling Bay, LLC, and as an Agile Engineer at Blackbaud, Inc., where significant contributions to nonprofit software development were made. Earlier career experiences include engineering roles at Harland Clarke and BRAC, where management and operational expertise were honed. Charlene holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the College of Charleston.
