Juan Carlos Ceja has a diverse work experience in the apparel industry, starting in 2000 as a Production Manager for Gap Inc., where they focused on ensuring factory compliance and building strategic relationships with key stakeholders. In 2002, they became President of Icon Apparel Group LLC, where they led the development of business strategies and had complete oversight of all organizational aspects. In 2005, they joined ARTIFACTS as a Senior Merchandise Manager, responsible for store design and implementing merchandising strategies.
