Harjit Khatkar

Harjit Khatkar is the Founder and CEO of Icon Consulting Group, a boutique human capital consultancy firm specializing in senior level recruitment of Digital and Enterprise Application professionals. Prior to establishing Icon, Harjit Khatkar held roles such as Sales Director at K2 Partnering Solutions, Business Development Manager at Provanis, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Maximus IT. Harjit Khatkar also worked as an ERP Recruitment Consultant at Spring Technology and previously served as a Police Officer at Leicestershire Constabulary and a Sales Advisor at Hastings Insurance. Harjit Khatkar studied at The University of Sheffield from 2001 to 2004.
