James Duvall

James Duvall is a Civil Design Engineer at ICON Engineering, Inc. with experience in stormwater masterplan modeling and report writing. Prior to their current role, James worked as a Water Resources Engineer at CDM Smith where James assisted with various programs including PCSWMM modeling and outfall inspections. James also has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, teaching Water Resources Engineering Lab, and as a Graduate Research Assistant conducting stormwater BMP analysis. Additionally, James has interned at the Virginia Department of Transportation, working on environmental and traffic engineering projects. James holds a Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
