Angela Nowell, M.B.A., PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Icon Protection since October 2023. Previously, Angela held various positions at Van Drunen Farms from March 2018 to August 2023, including Senior Benefits & Leave Specialist and HRIS Manager, where responsibilities centered on mobilizing HR strategies, ensuring HRIS functionality, and maintaining data privacy and compliance. Angela's extensive HR experience includes roles at Atkore International, where impactful talent acquisition strategies were developed, and Kay Manufacturing Company, where comprehensive human resource management was conducted. Angela possesses a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource and Marketing Management from Purdue University.
