Thomas Blackwell is an experienced professional in plant management and operations, currently serving as the Assistant Plant Manager at Icon Protection since February 2023. Prior roles include Strategic Business Unit Manager at Michelin from October 2017 to October 2022, and Plant Manager at Snider Fleet Solutions for a brief period in 2017. Additionally, Thomas held the position of Senior Plant Manager overseeing Michelin Retread Technology manufacturing plants in Antioch, TN, and Birmingham, AL, from March 2006 to May 2017. Previous experience also includes Production Manager at Cookson Electronics, managing electronic assembly processes while ensuring compliance with EPA and OSHA standards. Thomas holds education credentials from Cheney State University and is currently engaged with the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
