Jon Cruz

Jon Cruz is the managing director of the private debt division at Icon Realty Capital. Jon has over 10 years of experience in the commercial lending industry.

Prior to joining Icon Realty Capital, Jon was a senior lending advisor at The Cornerstone Group of NY. Jon also spent time as the managing partner at Crown Commercial Lending. Jon's career started at Ez Business Funding where they served as the vice president of business development for over 8 years.

Jon Cruz studied business, management, marketing, and related support services at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
