Previous positions include Senior Manager at ACTEW Water and Branch Manager at ActewAGL Water Division, where responsibilities included managing customer feedback programs and driving corporate-wide business improvement projects. As Vice President and Board Director of SOCAP Australia, Lisa has contributed significantly to consumer affairs.
