Brittany Segarra is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Revenue at ICONA Resorts since May 2015, where responsibilities also included the role of Assistant General Manager. Under Brittany's leadership, ICONA has excelled in providing exceptional guest experiences, contributing to the property's acclaim as the East Coast's premier hospitality group and earning the 2016 Traveler's Choice Award for TripAdvisor, ranking #7 in the top 25 Hotels in the USA. Prior to ICONA, Brittany held various positions at Tower Hospitality, Homewood Suites by Hilton, The Flander's Hotel, and Biscayne Suites, where roles ranged from Executive Housekeeper and Front Desk Supervisor to Front Office Manager.
