Braxton Boler

Braxton Boler has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Braxton is currently working at ICON as a Program Manager, overseeing and managing programs. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at ICON, responsible for managing the development and launch of new products. Braxton also served as an Engineering Program Manager at ICON, where they managed engineering programs from May 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining ICON, Braxton worked at Boeing as a Liaison Engineer, where they were involved in coordinating communication and resolving technical issues between different departments. Braxton worked at Boeing from August 2016 to May 2021.

Braxton also has experience as a Project Manager at The Wow Flower Project, where they oversaw and planned projects, fundraisers, and events. Braxton effectively created and enforced project timelines for construction-related projects. Braxton was associated with The Wow Flower Project from March 2020 to March 2021.

Furthermore, Braxton has a strong leadership background as they served as the Chapter President of NSBE - Cal Poly SLO from June 2014 to June 2016. Braxton managed the executive board and handled various business, finance, and internal matters. Braxton also acted as a liaison between the regional and chapter levels.

Braxton's passion for engineering and leadership led him to hold the position of R6 Northern California Zone Chair at the National Society of Black Engineers from May 2015 to May 2016. During this time, they contributed to the society's mission of increasing the number of culturally responsible Black engineers.

Braxton has also gained valuable experience working as a Flight Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin for a short period from June 2015 to September 2015. Additionally, Braxton worked as a Student Engineer at Boeing from June 2012 to September 2014, and as an Intern at NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration in 2012.

Braxton Boler attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering. Their field of study was specifically focused on Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering.
