Justina Martynaityte

Justina Martynaityte currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at ICON since May 2024 and is a Board Member of the Women’s Bar Association Foundation since April 2024. Previously, Martynaityte held the position of Deputy General Counsel and Director of Legal, Corporate Compliance & Data Protection at Lidl US from August 2022 to October 2023, and served as Corporate Counsel at Amazon from July 2021 to July 2022, focusing on legal and regulatory issues related to physical store development. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Counsel at Lidl US, In-House Counsel at Antonoplos & Associates, Attorney Evaluator for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and various legal positions at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC and the Miami-Dade Public Defender's Office. Justina Martynaityte earned a Bachelor of Science in International Finance and Marketing, with a minor in Business Law from the University of Miami and a Doctor of Law from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law.
