Shani Ballaish

Shani Ballaish is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Vice President of Sales at IConduct since 2019. In this role, Shani focuses on understanding customer needs and promoting IConduct's hybrid cloud integration solutions. Prior to IConduct, Shani held the position of Sales Manager at Matrix Global, where responsibilities included client acquisition and project management. Experience also includes serving as Regional Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, where Shani managed customer portfolios and increased market share, and as Service and Sales Team Leader at Target Call Center, overseeing employee recruitment and training. Shani began a career in sales management as Deputy Manager at Orange, leading a team of sales and service representatives. Shani holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Ono Academic College.
