Cristina Sauca is an experienced engineer specializing in telecommunications and network performance. Currently serving as a BO Configuration and Integration Engineer at iconec GmbH since May 2018, Cristina is responsible for controlling, monitoring, and optimizing work processes as well as integrating and configuring nodes within live networks. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nokia from February 2015 to May 2018 as a Transmission Engineer and Network Performance Engineer, where Cristina utilized advanced technical skills for analyzing and resolving transmission issues and ensuring optimal network performance for Bouygues Telecom France. Additional experience as an Electronic Technician/Debugging and Production Specialist at Flex provided hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes and quality control. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Universitatea Politehnica din Timişoara, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colegiul National Coriolan Brediceanu.
