Désirée Branston

Désirée Branston has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Désirée is currently working at iconec GmbH as the Head of Business Management. Prior to that, they held positions such as Head of Recruiting and Teamlead Recruiting at the same company.

Before joining iconec GmbH, Désirée worked at FERCHAU as a Senior Account Manager, where they were responsible for recruitment and placement of engineers, IT experts, and technicians for a major corporation in the region. Désirée also managed projects and served as the main point of contact for the medical technology sector.

Désirée started their career at Bosch Rexroth as a Werkstudentin in the Personnel Department. Désirée assisted the HR team and independently managed internal company communication. Désirée also gained HR experience through their internship at Bosch, where they focused on occupational health management and diversity.

Furthermore, Désirée has experience as a Biologisch-technische Assistentin at the University Hospital Erlangen and Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Désirée Branston obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the Evangelische Fachhochschule Nürnberg between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they had completed a degree in Biotechnological Assistance with a focus on Biotechnology from LGA between 2008 and 2010.
