Rosemarie Motusesky

Rosemarie Motusesky is Head of Human Resources for iconectiv. In this position, she is responsible for implementing human resources policies and strategies globally, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development.

Motusesky began her career at iconectiv, then Bellcore, serving in various roles in the finance and human resources departments. During her tenure, she provided learning solutions that increased employee productivity and skills and implemented strategic value-based benefits that increased employee options while reducing corporate liability. She is a long-time contributor to the Fairleigh Dickinson University financial planning certificate program, assisting in educating students on economics, insurance, investing and the fundamentals of financial planning.

A Certified Financial Planner™ certificant and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, Motusesky earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University and her Master of Science degree in Management from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
