Karolyn Greason

Karolyn Greason has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karolyn started their career as an Engineer at Compact Membrane Systems in 2001. Karolyn then joined Avery Dennison in 2002, where they worked as a Process Engineer for two years, gaining experience in quality, process engineering, and research & development. After that, they moved to Avery Dennison RFID, where they took on the role of Sr. Engineer, developing and implementing RF tag test systems and providing technical product guidance to sales and marketing teams. Karolyn later became a Product Development Manager at the same company, overseeing new product development and coordinating process engineering program management. In 2012, Karolyn joined AkzoNobel as a Marketing Manager, responsible for brand marketing management in the automotive and commercial refinishing vehicle industry. Karolyn'srole included increasing brand awareness, driving growth, and identifying customer needs and market opportunities. Karolyn then joined Iconex in 2016 as a Label Solutions Manager and was subsequently promoted to Director of Product Solutions in May 2021.

Karolyn Greason obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1998 to 2002.
