Ravi Rathod

Ravi Rathod has worked in various Human Resources roles since 2016. Ravi began their career at Paperchase Accountancy as an Account Executive in 2016. In 2017, they moved to ICICI Prudential Insurance Pvt. Limited, where they worked in the Operations Department. In 2018, they joined ACME Consultancy as a Human Resources Assistant, where they were responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, joining formalities, background verifications, attendance management, leave management, statutory compliance, payroll process, PF and ESIC process, on-boarding and off-boarding management, and auditing the manufacturing company regarding labor law compliance. In 2019, they moved to PVR Limited, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant, responsible for employee searching job portals, resume scanning, lining up interviews, managing the recruitment and selection process, joining formalities, background verifications, company induction, employee engagement activities, performance management system, and access training need to apply and monitor training programs. In 2021, they joined Devkrushna Infotech as a Human Resources Executive, responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle, and recruiting on Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, Python, React JS, Node JS, Vue JS, Laravel, Angular, .NET, PHP, and Full Stack Developer. Currently, they work at IConflux Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Human Resources Executive, responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle, and recruiting on Android, iOS, React Native, Flutter, Python, React JS, Node JS, Vue JS, Laravel, Angular, .NET, and PHP.

Ravi Rathod completed a P.G. Diploma course in HR from GLS Institute of Computer Technology (GLSICT-MBA)-Ahmedabad (SFI) 714 between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a B.com in Accounting from Lokmanya college between 2013 and 2016.
