Laura Saez is an experienced executive with a robust background in creative development and strategy within the music industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Creative Development & Strategy at Iconic Artists Group, Laura manages the Nat King Cole Estate and works to expand the legacies of renowned artists such as Rod Stewart and Linda Ronstadt. Previous roles include Vice President of Content at Concord Music, where Laura directed and produced various content formats and led comprehensive launch campaigns. As the founder of Hello Gorgeous, Inc., Laura provided full-service marketing and content development solutions. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at EMI, Universal Music Group Distribution, and Rhino Entertainment, with a focus on digital partnerships and commercial development. Laura holds an Executive MBA in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from Marshall University.
