Emilio Hoyos

Emilio Hoyos has over nine years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Emilio began their career in 2010 as a Tower Lead for Solex Contracting, where they were responsible for construction of 4G AT&T new builds, 3G overlay's and mods in Fresno and the San Francisco Bay. In 2011, they joined Ericsson as a Construction Manager, where they were responsible for distributing even workload and site distribution, building BOM's for LTE Wave 1 sites and reviewing WA's for GC's. Emilio then joined Caltrop Corporation in the same year as a Lead Construction Manager, where they were responsible for contacting and contracting GC's to perform CX and Audits for B&V on the AT&T LTE project. From there, they worked as a Construction Manager for Black & Veatch in 2011, a Construction Manager for Velocitel in 2012, a Construction Manager for Black Dot Wireless in 2013, a Plant Manager for Caterpillar Inc. in 2015 and a Project Manager Small Cells/DAS for APEX SITE SOLUTIONS, INC. in 2018. Most recently, they have been a Senior CX Manager for Iconic Communications since 2019.

Emilio Hoyos attended Oak Ridge Military Academy from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a high school diploma and college transfer business credits. Emilio also holds certifications from Comm-train instructer certified, CPR first aid, 30 Hr. OSHA, Gravitec elevated tower and rescue.
