Michele Eschert

Michele Eschert, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in capital markets and investor relations. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Iconic Equities since July 2021, Michele oversees real estate investment and development activities focused on industrial, office, and multifamily assets across high-growth U.S. markets, managing deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $250 million. Prior experience includes the role of Managing Director for Capital Raising and Investor Relations at Gamma Real Estate, LP, and various leadership positions at Sandell Asset Management, Solus Alternative Asset Management, Stanfield Capital Partners, AllianceBernstein, and Schroders. Michele holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Vermont.
