Bill Moses has held a variety of roles in the food and beverage industry since 2001. In 2018, they founded Flying Embers and Disruptive Brands, LLC. Bill is also a founder and principal of Fermented Sciences Inc. (FSI), a cutting-edge, specialized R+D innovation lab. In 2017, they became a director, principal shareholder, and strategic advisor at Iconic Protein. Bill also became a board member and strategic advisor at Koia, a member of the board of directors and strategic advisor at Wilde Brands, and a senior operating and strategic advisor at Whipstitch Capital. In addition, they are a founder of CASA BARRANCA Organic Winery, a member of the board of directors at the World Business Academy, a board observer and strategic advisor at Vive Organic.
Bill Moses completed a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology and Biology from the University of Virginia in 1985. Bill also studied Viticulture, Enology and Winery Technology at the Institut Américain Universitaire (IAU) in Aix-en-Provence, France in the same year.
