Troy Duffy is a seasoned fitness coach and certified personal trainer currently working at Nvr Not Coaching and Iconix Fitness since late 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Robbins Research International as a Personal Results Specialist and Results Coordinator, and a significant tenure at Michael Page as a Managing Consultant, where Troy specialized in the placement of Property and Construction professionals in the Seattle area. Earlier experience includes various recruitment roles at Michael Page and an internship at NAI Capital. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from California State University, Long Beach, completed in 2017.

Iconix was born from a desire for something more, something different than your average club, a better experience for Long Beach. Our location, facility, equipment, classes, staff and events are a winning combination for an outstanding fitness club. Most gym enthusiasts have experienced an over crowded gym where lines and wait lists form for the use of equipment. This is a waste of your time and ineffective for a productive workout. We are committed to not overselling our memberships, a practice of many corporate owned fitness clubs. Unlike those big box gyms that sell high numbers of memberships in hopes their members won’t use them, we actually want you to show up!
