Jeff Gangelhoff

Jeff Gangelhoff has had a long and varied career in the software industry. Jeff began their professional journey in 1997 as an Oracle Applications Integration Consultant for Stonebridge Technologies (formerly Tactics Inc.). In 2001, they worked as a Process Improvement Consultant for an independent company. In 2003, they became an Enterprise Application Manager for AT&T. In 2006, they joined CallidusCloud as a Solution Manager for SPM & BPM Software Implementations and Production Support and System Test Manager. In 2013, they moved to Deloitte as a Project Manager for Sales Force Effectiveness. Finally, in 2014, they joined Iconixx Software as the Vice President of Implementation Services, then Director of Implementation Services, and finally Senior Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the end-to-end SDLC Management, creation, negotiation and sign off management of SOWs and Change Requests, customer issue resolution and risk management, continual delivery methodology and best practice process improvement, gap analysis management, and maximization of "out of box" functionality and functional gap management.

Jeff Gangelhoff received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
