Sandeep Jayaswal has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Sandeep started their career as an Assistant Manager - Operations at Venkateshwara Group of Companies Ltd., where they handled stock market operations and serviced existing customer networks. Sandeep then worked as a System Analyst at Tata Infotech Ltd. on the National Westminister Bank (NATWEST) Account Management - RTP Project in London.

After that, Sandeep joined IndusInd Bank as a Manager - Operations, where they were responsible for fixed deposit activities, service and relationship network management, and handling inward and outward clearing. Sandeep then moved to Patni Computer Systems Ltd. (now IGATE) as an Account Manager for General Electric Consumer Finance (GECF) and General Electric Commercial Finance, where they acted as a single point of contact between the company's Indian and US offices.
