Anne Whitaker

Anne Whitaker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in board leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Independent Director at ICON plc, Bespak, and Bryn Pharma, as well as an Operating Partner at NewVale Capital, Anne also holds positions as Chairperson of the Board at QurAlis and a member of the Board of Directors at Trinity Life Sciences. With a background as CEO and Chairperson of the Board at Aerami Therapeutics, a company focused on innovative inhaled therapies for severe lung diseases, Anne has been instrumental in guiding organizations through strategic growth. Anne Whitaker's expertise is further complemented by ongoing contributions as a member of the Board of Trustees at the University of North Alabama and managing partner of Anne Whitaker Group, LLC, specializing in board and executive advisory services. Educationally, Anne earned a BS in Chemistry and Business from the University of North Alabama.
