Asha Gade Navale is an accomplished professional in clinical data management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Data Science at ICON plc since March 2024, Asha has previously held the position of Associate Director Asset Lead at Pfizer India Ltd from July 2022 to March 2024. Asha's career at ICON plc began in January 2013, where roles spanned from Senior Manager to Assistant Manager in Clinical Data Management, and Team Lead. Prior experience includes a Team Leader role at Cognizant Technology Solutions and a similar position at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities involved leading clinical data management for assigned studies. Asha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Pune University.
