Carole Davis is currently the Head of Internal Audit at ICON plc, a position held since 2016. They previously served as the Director of Finance Business Partner at Icon Clinical Research from 2011 to 2016 and worked as an Assistant Manager at PwC from 2004 to 2009. Carole holds a Master's in Accounting and Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, as well as a degree in International Business and Languages from Dublin City University. They are also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed their ACA with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
